- How accurate is the AI estimate?
- It's designed to be realistic, using the same prices and fitting rules we use day-to-day in West Sussex. It's ideal for getting a ballpark budget. The final price can go up or down slightly once we've measured properly, checked subfloors, and confirmed your chosen range.
- What's included in the estimate?
- Typically, the estimate includes carpet, underlay, grippers, fitting and basic door bars for the rooms you select. If you tick uplift and disposal, we'll also include the cost to lift and remove your old flooring. Stair rods, designer trims and specialist work are quoted separately.
- Do I have to book a visit after using the estimator?
- No – you can just use it as a guide. If you like the price range you see, you can then book a free home visit and we'll bring samples, measure accurately and give you a written, itemised quote.
- Can you uplift and dispose of my old carpets?
- Yes. If you select uplift and disposal in the estimator, we'll include this in the guide price. On the home visit we can confirm exact costs once we've seen access, quantity and any waste or bulky items.
- Do you cover my area?
- We cover most of West Sussex including Bognor Regis, Chichester, Littlehampton, Worthing, Arundel and surrounding villages. If you're nearby but not sure, just send us a message and we'll let you know if we can help.
